What is the diet?

We know A healthy diet may improve or maintain optimal health and keep away from viruses or disease. In some developed countries; unconstrained caloric food is given to autistic children and thus possibly obtain food choices. Some expertise suggests that a GFCF diet has an impact on the behavior of autistic children.

What are the GFCF diet and its function?

First, we discuss GFCF Diet means a Gluten-free casein-free diet (GFCF diet), also known as a gluten-free dairy-free diet (GFDF diet). It is a diet that excludes proteins, gluten (found most often in wheat, barley, and rye), and casein (found most often in milk and dairy products). A most autistic child has difficulty in digesting the GFCF diet properly either they can’t digest or absorb casein and gluten. Autism Spectrum Disorders – Gluten-free and casein-free diets are a part of the treatment of autism spectrum disorders. The benefit of a gluten-free/casein-free diet is based on the theory that children with autism may have an allergy or high sensitivity to foods containing gluten or casein

According to the theories, Children with autism has a different process of digesting peptides and proteins in foods containing gluten and casein than other people.

In some time hypothetically, this difference in processing may increase the irritation and aggression of autistic symptoms. Some belief in society that the brain treats these proteins like false chemicals reaction.

The reaction to these chemicals leads a child to act in a certain way. The idea behind the use of the diet is to reduce symptoms and improve social, cognitive behaviors, and speech.
